SHIPPING + DELIVERIES

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.*

Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS. We offer economy shipping which takes approximately 3-5 days. For orders over $200 we require signature confirmation. [Please see below for International Shipping]

Once we receive your order, we may require additional information to verify the transaction. If additional information is required you will be contacted via email or phone; please provide a valid phone number/email address that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. In the case that additional information is required your order will be held until we receive your verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will be passed to you upon departure of your package from our office. We will provide a USPS tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of loss, please contact USPS and provide your tracking number for all claims. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. No refunds will be issued. Please note in comment section if you choose to receive signature confirmation.

International Shipping

International shipping charges will be determined based on shipping destination. Delivery can take between 10-14 business days. We do not offer expedited delivery on international shipping. 

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. You will be solely responsible for additional fees charge by the country of destination upon arrival. 28boutique is not responsible for these fees. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided to us with your order. You can use the tracking number to locate your package. 

Delayed Shipping

Please be aware that once we have shipped your package there may be shipping delays due to holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. ** During the holiday season (11/27 - 12/31) you may experience some delays. **

 

RETURNS POLICY

We are pleased to accept EXCHANGES ONLY of any unworn items, in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are pleased to offer exchange/store credit within 7 days of receiving item or confirmed delivery. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 28boutique reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damage, worn, final sale or returned after 7th day. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. 

Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with a no exchange or return policy. We do not make exceptions to this policy.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
